At Acres of Ames Homestead, every item is grown, gathered, or crafted by hand on our small family farm in Southern Maine. We take great care to ensure each product leaves our homestead healthy, fresh, and true to description.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we deeply value our customers and will always do our best to help if something isn’t right.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once received, we’ll review and offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation and item availability.

 

 

Dahlia Tubers & Live Plants

 

 

All tubers and seedlings are inspected and labeled before shipping. We guarantee that each tuber will arrive viable and true to name.

If your tuber arrives soft, moldy, or damaged, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos.

We cannot guarantee growth or blooming once planted, as environmental and care factors are outside our control.
